WHO ARE WE?
Our pizzas are made the traditional way using techniques we learnt in Naples. Our dough is hand made, prooved for 48 hours, then topped with the finest Italian ingredients and then blasted in the wood burning oven for around 60 seconds.
Our pizza oven is our only peice of cooking equipment in the restaurant. Everything on the menu comes from the oven. It’s our show peice and we have pride in our food, with a chefs table as the perfect place to sit and eat and watch the chefs work.
